Resolving Strategic Complexity

Introduction

When approaching complex strategic problems, simplistic linear solutions are not enough. USB-ED’s Resolving Strategic Complexity programme, presented in association with the Institute for Futures Research (IFR), equips participants to make decisions towards a sustainable future and address strategic issues in a systemic way.

This breakthrough learning intervention is aimed at providing participants with an opportunity to learn how to approach the functioning of organisations, markets and societies in a completely different mode. The total interaction of all the parts of an organisation, and the environment in which it operates, will be considered in decision-making through systems thinking.
