Master Class in Mastering Innovation and Design Thinking in Practice


​​​​​​​​​This master class is closely aligned to Harvard Business School's philosophy on linking innovation with the purpose of a system. It focuses on innovation that supports business strategy and implementation across all areas of an organisation. Participants learn how to define and clarify challenging systems and to apply innovation tools appropriately, which leads to strategic enablement, continuous improvement and sustainability. Furthermore, the master class highlights the importance of logical, emotional and contextual contributions to innovation implementation.





Target Audience

The master class is aimed at managers who want to strengthen their awareness and ability to lead innovation in business and enhance the innovation capability of their organisations. Suitable participants would include senior managers, business owners, functional heads and business unit leaders who are responsible for, or are growing towards having an input in, the strategic process.
