USB Executive Development Ltd (USB-ED) was established in 2001 as a public company within the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB). We are committed to offering relevant and quality learning experiences through management and leadership programmes that promote personal growth and organisational transformation. Therefore we assist organisations to grow into profitable and sustainable entities, equipping managers and leaders to cope with the challenges of the complex global world of work.
