As part of a continuous development plan, we offer open enrolment courses across the comprehensive management and leadership spectrum, as well as interactive sessions that are discipline-or industry-specific.  All open enrolment courses can also be presented in-house.

Comprehensive programmes

Our leadership and management development courses are designed to suit four different stages of your career growth.

The New Managers' Development Programme (NMDP) builds the confidence and capability of supervisors, new managers and individuals earmarked for entry into management positions to respond effectively to current and future business challenges.  The focus is on building leadership and management skills, complemented by some basic functional skills.

The Management Development Programme (MDP) equips middle managers, who manage others and who wish to grown and develop their managerial abilities, with the competence to implement their organisations' strategic objectives.  This course brings real business benefits to participants and their organisations by providing a broader understanding  of management and leadership.

The Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP) is specifically aimed at senior managers from any industry who focus more on operations than on strategy, and are eager to benchmark and further their potential. Participants are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to function effectively in their unique environments. Once participants have completed the SMDP, they may enrol for the BA(Hons) in Business Management via distance learning and work-based projects with the University of Lincoln in the UK.

The Executive Development Programme (EDP) brings together high calibre executive managers with strategic management responsibilities to engage in three important areas that are integrated in this programme: strategic leadership, the formulation of strategy and the implementation of strategy. The EDP equips participants with integrated strategic management skills that enable them to position their organisations to compete more successfully within a highly competitive global environment.
