Though USB-ED functions mainly on the African continent, it does so in a global context. USB-ED offers you international business learning through its strong international partnerships.

International programmes

In cooperation with the world-renowned Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), USB-ED presents the Leader Development Programme, a lifechanging experience for leaders to learn leadership from the inside out. This programme stands as the most attended leader development programme in the world. Every year, this highly personalised open-enrolment program shapes the lives and careers of more than 4 000 participants at 14 locations around the world.

In partnership with the University of Lincoln in the UK, USB-ED participants who complete the Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP) will have the opportunity to complete a BA(Hons) in Business Management via distance learning and work-based projects.
