On November 26th 2014, USB-ED in collaboration with BiomatrixWeb will be presenting a one-day workshop on Sustainable Business Development based on Biomatrix Systems Theory.

The workshop presenter, Dr Elisabeth Dostal, is an acclaimed co-founder of the theory and leading management consultant, futurist and educator. Dr Dostal has a long track record of application in private, public and NGO sectors, and has also taught in several South African and European MBA programs, held the position of senior researcher at the Institute for Futures Research, published two books and various scientific articles.

Unique Insights have emerged from Biomatrix Systems Theory and have given rise to a generic systems methodology for managing change in a sustainable manner and transforming organisations and societal systems for improved performance as well sustainable development.

This Workshop is tailored to Executive Managers, Managers from Government Departments, NGO’s, Industry Sector Bodies, Heads of Corporate Academies and Management Consultants who are disillusioned with partial and unsuccessful interventions.

The course addresses current theoretical concepts and models of sustainable business development, the core causes of unsustainable organisational and societal development and the complex problems that typify them, as well as the failures and limitations of current change management approaches in both an organisational and societal context.  It also introduces the Biomatrix Organisational Transformation Programme and the Biomatrix Societal Transformation Programme as systemic approaches to managing organisational and societal change and discusses the practical application, outcomes and benefits of the programmes.
