ptstudy.jpgWestern Cape business executives and managers will again this year have a more flexible opportunity to smarten up their skills. This follows the successful introduction of USB-ED’s flexible learning schedule.

It provides for face-to-face part-time comprehensive Management Development Programmes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the USB campus in Bellville, Cape Town from 18h30 to 21h00. This part-time learning option will be presented by USB-ED from 11 February to 14 June 2014.

USB-ED director of Open Programmes, Willemien Law, says this is done with the aim to allow individuals and businesses in and around Cape Town to partake in comprehensive executive development without interruption to work commitments.

“They say that time is money, but one also has to be smart about it. This part-time option presents managers with an excellent opportunity to invest in their future, as there is a huge demand for superior knowledge and skills in this market.

“The MDP is specifically aimed at those who wish to have a broader understanding of business management and leadership, are serious about their development and work as a middle manager. The programme has been designed for individuals who want to maximise their impact in the business environment through confidence gained by developing new skills and knowledge,” Law says.

The focus areas of the programme consists of financial management, marketing and customer service, general management, economics, leadership and people management.
