The employees have completed a nine month long Management Development Programme through USB-ED.
The employees were among 21 specially-selected candidates to participate in the pilot programme which was a collaboration between Blackrock Casino and Suncoast Casino. The aim of the programme was to identify future leaders within the Tsogo Sun Group which owns the two casinos. The 21 candidates were chosen to participate in the programme based on their evident talent, their great attitude, achievements and their consistent performance in their current roles and responsibilities.
During the nine month programme, the candidates had to attend a study school for four days each month and they were also placed into five syndicate teams which had to work very closely to complete their Business Driven Action Learning (BDAL) and individual assignments.
