Currently it would appear that many businesses in the rest of Africa look to Europe and the USA for their executive development needs. However, a high quality South African alternative offers far greater benefits to the individual, the organisation and the continent, from a logistical, cultural and cost perspective. USB-ED is ideally positioned to contribute to the transformation of the economic and social well-being of Africa. This is achieved through leader and organisational development, innovations in development, strategic consultation and research.
As South Africans, we understand diversity. We get to know the culture of an organisation or a country to deliver programmes and interventions within a particular context. While our partnership programmes are designed at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, they can be presented at any venue countrywide and even throughout Africa. USB-ED has recently presented learning interventions in Namibia, Botswana, Nigeria, Ghana, Swaziland, Tanzania and the Middle East.
