Your partner in world-class learning, throughout Africa
We ensure excellence in everything we do, and devote ourselves to lead change on the African continent by developing leaders that not only transform themselves, but also their environments.
As a resource-intensive, executive development organisation with strong international partnerships, USB-ED offers a variety of learning interventions that are tailored to suit the executive development needs of individuals and organisations across Africa.
Learning with relevance in Africa
The challenge of effective management and leadership is of particular importance on the African continent. Taking cognisance of our continent's distinctive challenges, we have created an executive development model that is resonating throughout Africa among those hungry for relevant learning.
As South Africans, we understand diversity and know that unique approaches are needed to bring about sustainable change. Our approach of tailoring and customising solutions ensures that we get to know the culture and specific challenges of an organisation or a country in order to deliver programmes and interventions within a particular context.
Our high-quality learning solutions offer great benefits to the individual, the organisation and the continent from a logistical, cultural and cost perspective. While our research and development is based at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, our delivery takes place in the various countries in which we operate. The result is a delivery style that is local in its approach and context, yet retains its international benchmarking, accreditation and quality.
Where we are
We have a true passion to develop transformational leaders in Africa and as such we continuously explore new partnerships and markets on the African continent and beyond. We currently have active local partnership agreements to deliver programmes in Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Kenya and even as far afield as the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. In addition, we are offering learning interventions in Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Swaziland, Tanzania and Sierra Leone. We also facilitate programmes all over South Africa.
Let us work together to build leadership and management capacity on the African continent.
