Who do you look up to that inspires you most?

I have recently been inspired by Britnie Turner Keane. This dynamic woman has channelled her passion and desire to be a force for good into founding Aerial Global (the sixth fastest growing woman-owned company in the world – Forbes 2016) whose mission it is to elevate people and places, making a real impact on people and the planet, all while making a profit. Meeting her in person this year was a life-changing opportunity.

What is the biggest life lesson you have learnt to date?

I have learnt that if your vision doesn't scare you it isn't big enough. I've come to realise that we are capable of so much more than we could ever imagine and it starts with believing in yourself and being willing to take massive action.

If you could give your younger self advice, what would it be?

The opportunity of a lifetime must be seized within the lifetime of the opportunity. You will never have as much time as you do right now so dream big, read lots, watch less TV, build more relationships and networks, and have no regrets. You will never have all the pieces of the puzzle but work diligently with the pieces you do have and the greater picture will unfold piece by piece.

What does leadership mean to you?

Leadership is about inspiring those around you (whether it be in your workplace, family or community) to be the best versions of who they can be.

If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?

I would love to live in a world free of greed where the truth isn't distorted or misrepresented to benefit some at the cost of others. One where individuals are taught at the most basic level to understand true financial principles and stewardship so that they can leave a legacy to see future generations thrive.

What does true beauty mean to you?

True beauty is a reflection of the state of your heart. An overflowing of the love and grace you carry within. It is the glow that gets people glancing just that moment longer as their eyes scan a crowd.
