Reporting to the Head of Sales, the purpose of the Specialist role is to provide specialist support (including administrative support) in respect of programme budget management (with a strong focus on revenue sustainability) to the department in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. The appointee will be accountable for sales performance optimisation through analytical application, forecasting and reporting on all sales channels and prospective alternative commercial models.
The Finance Manager is responsible for the accurate preparation and provision of financial management information to aid informed decision making, including variance analysis, cash flow monitoring and improvements of systems dealing with financial management in accordance with the company's policies and procedures
Full responsibility for the Company secretary activities including providing the necessary support to the Board of Directors and its Shareholders. To support the Company's executive management in their responsibility for all legal, compliance and risk management matters by providing sound, informed and relevant advice in these areas to ensure the Company's interests are protected at all times. To ensure compliance with the best corporate and legal practices and ensuring effective corporate governance practices.
The role will include design of customized learning interventions / service offerings, as well as the management of the delivery of the academic component of customized learning interventions which includes client meetings, faculty meetings, participant meetings, and the administration associated with it.
