Certificate in NeuroLeadership

Introduction
USB Executive Development (USB-ED) in collaboration with the international NeuroLeadership Institute presents a Certificate in the NeuroLeadership. This programme connects the fields of leadership development and neuroscience in a science-based, action learning framework. This is the only offering of its kind in South Africa.

The foundational course work in brain science is supported by development from the faculty of the NeuroLeadership Institute, Drs Dan Radecki, Golnaz Tabibnia and Stephen Thomas.  The programme will be presented by local African lecturers who are experts in relevant neuroscience fields. Participants will apply their learning of neuroscience in their existing work, projects, and programmes. These action learning segments may be applied across a variety of realms such as corporations, consultancies or coaching practices, public sector practices, community programmes and educational settings.
What sets this intervention apart
The objective of this certificate is for the participant to gain insight into the observable aspects of neuroscience, thus enabling them to modulate their interventions in the workplace to improve leadership as well as learning and change initiatives. The Certificate in NeuroLeadership will benefit any person in a leadership position, whether they are a team leader and new to leadership or are a senior operational manager with considerable leadership experience. Organisations may also benefit from the whole management team learning and collaboratively applying the learning in their workplace context.
